Can you cut aluminum plate to my exact dimensions?
Yes. Enter your width, length and thickness and we saw-cut the plate to size on automated bandsaws, up to 60.5 × 144.5 in. Plate can be faced flat on request.
What tolerance do you cut aluminum plate to?
Standard saw-cut tolerance is −0 / +1/8″ on length and width, so pieces arrive slightly oversize for machining to finished size. Thickness and flatness follow mill spec. Tighter is available on request.
Which alloys can you cut to size?
Aluminum plate in 6061-T651, 7075-T651/T7351, 7050-T7451 and cast mold aluminum plate (5000-series cast), plus cast tool and jig plate, from 0.25″ up to 24.5″ thick depending on alloy and temper.
Can I order a single piece cut to size?
$180 order minimum. No minimum quantity, so a single piece is fine.

Yes. Full mill certs with heat/lot traceability ship with every order and are saved in your portal. Certificates of conformance and country-of-origin documentation are also available.
Can I get DFARS-compliant or domestic material cut to size?
Yes. DFARS-compliant material is stocked for everything we sell; choose it when you quote. Domestic-melt is also available. Origin is on every cert.
Can I save a quote and come back to it?

Can I reorder the same cut sizes later?
